Mary, Practice Manager
Mary lives in Glastonbury with her husband and three children. She has been in the field of Marketing and Business Management for over seventeen years, ten with Damato Chiropractic Center. Mary is passionate about ‘natural parenting’ and believes that nutrition is the root to a healthy child. She feels that people of all ages, birth and up, should receive regular adjustments (all of her children were adjusted within hours of birth). Mary believes in the power of the body to heal most illnesses – naturally.

Lin, Personal Injury/Workers Comp Case Manager
Lin has extensive experience performing and managing all functions as a personal injury and Workers Comp Case Manager, including but not limited to chiropractic assistant, patient services, authorizations, referrals, administration and PI Coaching. Lin went to school for Business Management and Medical Assisting, Lin also graduated from the Robbins- Madanes Training/RMT Center core 100 program where she obtained her Life Coaching Certification. She has also done some training with the Center for Coaching Certification as well as Hillary Ruben coaching program. Lin has excellent patient service skills. She gives all patients her full attention, loves speaking with them, helping them through the PI or Workers Comp process and getting to know them better. Lin is outgoing, kind-hearted, ambitious, nurturing, and caring whose compassion shows in her love of helping others, that includes helping patients through the process of personal injury or Workers Comp case. Lin is an author of a wisdom and insight book on Stress Management, Manage Your Stress Master Your Life. She is also a Certified Life coach who specialize in Stress Management and building powerful relationships. In her spare time, Lin enjoys reading, writing and entertaining in her home. She has two kids both of whom are adjusted regularly. She loves living the chiropractic lifestyle and teaching people about the benefits of chiropractic care.

Ashlie, Patient Care Coordinator
Ashlie recently moved to Glastonbury with her husband and two children after living in Florida for 30 years. She spent 7 years working in the chiropractic field and is a firm believer in brain, body, balance and wellness care as well as being dedicated to chiropractic solutions using a proactive and preventive approach to restoring health and improving the overall wellness. She believes that life is a contact sport and we all want the highest quality of life without limitations.

Kelly, Patient Care Coordinator
Kelly graduated from Keene State College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science with a focus in Nutrition. She loves learning about the benefits of eating a healthy diet and maintaining an active lifestyle. She enjoys cooking, taking workout classes, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.

Cassandra, Licensed Massage Therapist
Cassandra began her studies on holistic healing while finding herself on her own path to recovery. She believes in the importance of honoring and nourishing one’s own mind, body, and spirit and fascinated with the body’s uniquely designed innate abilities to heal. With a passion for learning and a strong desire to help others she obtained her Massage Therapy License in CT and is currently pursuing her masters in Reiki, certification in cupping, as well as in depth studies into the fascinating Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques of Erik Dalton, PhD. Striving to assist others in relieving their pain, reducing their stress, and helping to promote relaxation each session is uniquely designed to incorporate Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and/or energy work with various techniques.

Aaron, Chiropractic Assistant/LMT
Aaron graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2017. Since, he has gained experience working in a spa setting and with the athletics program at the University of Connecticut. Aaron uses modalities including deep tissue, trigger point, sports, orthopedic and Swedish Massage to help promote a better range of motion, recovery and relaxation.

Jemma, Chiropractic Assistant/LMT
Jemma has always been interested in anatomy and healing but decided to become a massage therapist because of the natural and holistic healing value of massage therapy. She believes in the therapeutic value of intentional energy and combines Deep Tissue methods such as Pinning and Stretching with Relaxation techniques. She also does Cupping for Myofascial Release, to promote blood flow and to open up energetic pathways!

Katie, Chiropractic Assistant
Katie has benefited from chiropractic care since she was a newborn! She believes in the power of the body to heal itself and loves helping others through their wellness journey. Katie is currently a student at Quinnipiac University and is enrolled in their Physicians Assistant program! She plays for the University’s lacrosse team, as well! In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing on the beach with a good book, and going to the gym!
