Glastonbury High School Scholarship
Dr. Nicholas Damato graduated from Glastonbury High School (class of 2000) and is excited to be back living and working in the town that he loves!
Because of his Tomahawk pride, Damato Chiropractic Center of Glastonbury is pleased to offer one scholarship (up to $5,000) to a graduating senior from Glastonbury High School.
The chosen recipient will exhibit academic excellence and community involvement. This student must be majoring in Health Sciences or a related medical field.
Required with application:
- Official transcripts from all schools attended.
- A brief essay (100-200 words typed) about your background, career goals, financial need and commitment to chosen field of study.
- A list of activities in which you participated noting any special honors and/or leadership positions.
- Two (2) letters of recommendation (employer, teacher, etc.) Letters should include information regarding scholastic achievement, character and work-related effort.
