Immerse HydroSpa & Massage is seeking talented, professional Licensed Massage Therapists to join our award-winning team. As Connecticut’s only hydrospa combined with a full-service massage center, we attract clients from across the state and throughout New England who are seeking recovery, relaxation, and wellness experiences they cannot find anywhere else.
Due to exceptional growth and client demand, we are actively expanding our team. This is an exciting opportunity to build a thriving practice in a busy, established environment with a steady flow of new and returning clients.
In addition to providing private massage services, our therapists have the unique opportunity to work alongside chiropractic physicians, educating patients on the benefits of massage therapy while building a loyal and consistent client base.

The Ideal Candidate
- Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Connecticut (or currently enrolled in massage school)
- Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage required
- Additional modalities preferred, including Prenatal, Sports, Cupping, and Hot Stone Massage
- Ability to customize pressure and techniques based on each client’s needs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working collaboratively with patients, doctors, and staff
- Positive, professional, and compassionate demeanor
- Maintains a clean, organized, and calming treatment space
- Adheres to all sanitation and hygiene standards
- Understands and believes in the therapeutic benefits of massage and bodywork
- Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
- Available at least one weekend day

Compensation
$30-$65 per hour plus tips, based on experience, availability, performance, and longevity.

Front Desk / Spa Attendant
Part-Time Weekend Position (Approximately 25-30 Hours per Week)
Immerse HydroSpa & Massage, Connecticut’s only hydrospa and one of the state’s busiest wellness destinations, is seeking a friendly, energetic, and reliable Front Desk / Spa Attendant to join our growing team.
We are currently looking for someone who can work Friday through Monday, approximately 25-30 hours per week, helping us deliver exceptional experiences to our guests while supporting daily spa operations.
This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in creating a welcoming, five-star experience for every guest.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in spa guests
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to guest inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Provide information about spa services, memberships, and products
- Ensure guest satisfaction and adherence to spa safety protocols
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the spa, locker rooms, and guest areas
- Monitor and restock guest amenities, supplies, and the water bar
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Communicate effectively with the spa team throughout the day
- Report maintenance concerns promptly
- Set up spa treatments according to established protocols
- Help ensure every guest receives a five-star experience
- Support additional operational needs as assigned
Schedule
Part-Time, Friday through Monday
Approximately 25-30 hours per week
Compensation
$20.00 – $23.00 per hour (plus tips)
Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the position.
