For instance, our office is in-network will all of the major insurance carriers. For those patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, we are happy to arrange flexible payment options to fit your budget. Our goal at Damato Chiropractic Center of Glastonbury is to allow everyone to experience the benefits of chiropractic care and adjustments. For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, we can work with you to arrange a flexible payment program that fits your budget. If you have no insurance or if your insurance does not have any chiropractic benefits, there are still ways for you to receive the pain relief and chiropractic care that you need.

What is a Premium?
The monthly fee charged by your Insurance Carrier to provide your health coverage.

What is a deductible?

A specific dollar amount that you have to pay each year for your health care expenses before your Insurance Carrier starts to pay. Monthly health insurance premiums do count towards your deductible.

What is a coinsurance?

A sharing of health care costs in which you and your Insurance Carrier each pay a percentage.
What is a Copayment (copay)?

What is an Out of Pocket Maximum?

Limits the total amount you have to pay each calendar year for health care expenses, including deductibles, copayments and coinsurance. Monthly health insurance premiums do not count toward the out-of-pocket maximum.
